Sara Colson

American Board Certified Mastectomy Fitter

Office Manager 

Born & raised in Michigan, Sara relocated to Las Vegas in 2006. 

She met C.E.O (Jimmy Colson) and they were married May 2007.  Sara was drawn to Jimmy's compassion for helping others. She started working in the front office administration with P.O.P in 2007. When Sara's Aunt was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, she took a personal interest and she moved on to become a American Board Certified Mastectomy Fitter in 2010.  In April 2012 the Colson family welcomed a baby girl to their family.

Sara is trained in advanced mastectomy, custom breast prosthetics, compression hose and lymphedema arm sleeves and gauntlets.

 

In Sara's spare time she loves spending time with her family. Her hobbies are traveling, photography and scrapbooking.

Megan Weide

Office Manager 
 

Megan has been with P.O.P since 2011. She originally started as a front office
 
administrator, promoted in 2014 to Front Office Supervisor, then onto Office Manager. 
 
Megan loves being able to assist patient's in anyway possible. 

 

In her spare time she enjoys spending it with her husband, daughter and family.

       Jennifer Ballard

Supervisor, Biller 

Jennifer has over seventeen years medical experience. She was hired at P.O.P in January 2016. She has been a Las Vegas resident for the past twenty-three years. She loves being apart of peoples lives and to help them in any way possible. She spends her spare time giving back to people that struggle with addictions and with her children and family.

Kim Aughinbaugh

Front Office Administrator

Kim has been in the medical field for over 20 years. Born and raised in the Las Vegas valley. When Kim is out of the office she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, and traveling.

Front Office Administrator

Kym was born and raised in Las Vegas. She has over seventeen years medical experience. Kym started working with P.O.P in December of 2016. She loves being in the medical field and helping people. She spends her spare time with with her children and grandchildren.

Claudia Arevalo

 

Front Office Administrator

 

Claudia was born in El Salvador. She was raised in California for 21 years and relocated to Las Vegas, NV in 2004. Claudia is fluent in Spanish and English. She graduated from Heritage college in 2005 as a Medical Assistant. Claudia has twelve years experience in customer service and 6 of those as an Orthotic and Prosthetic Administrator. When Claudia is out of the office, she enjoys volunteering at her church working with children’s ministries, the outdoors, music, arts and crafts.
